Who needs the coverage?

 The policy:

• Claims Made, Pay on behalf of policy.
• "All risks" policy form.
• Covers indemnification and defense.
• Separate limit for defense costs available.
• Limits of up to $5,000,000 each claim/annual aggregate limit of liability.
• Standard $2,500 each claim deductible.
• 0% Coinsurance available.

The Coverage:

• Covers claims by vendors/independent contractors at the location of the insured
• Coverage for the firm and all partners and employees.
• Covers temporary employees.
• No exclusion for libel, slander, defamation, emotional distress or mental anguish
• No exclusion for downsizing

O - 24 employees:

$1,500 for $250,000/$1,000,000
$2,100 for $500,000/$1,000,000
$2,800 for $1,000,000/$1,000,000

49 - 250 employees:

$2,500 for $250,000/$1,000,000
$3,500 for  $500,000/$1,000,000
$4,340 for  $1,000,0001$1,000,000

Exclusions: (not an all-inclusive list)

• Specifically excluded corporations.
• Fines, penalties, punitive and multiple damages.
• Bodily injury and property damage.
• Dishonesty; insider trading.
• Personal injury and discrimination against employees, etc.
• ERISA and employee benefit laws.
• Claims relating to remuneration not approved by the shareholders; personal profit or advantage.
• Pollution.
