Who needs the coverage?
Any individual or organization providing Internet Access and Web Page Design or Hosting Services.

 The Policy:

• Claims Made errors & omissions policy.
• Limits of up to $10,000,000 each claim/annual aggregate limit of liability.
• Standard $1,000 each claim deductible.
• Basic Annual Premium $1,000 per policy.
• Alternative coverage available for applicants not qualifying for the program.

 The Coverage:
Covered activities: "Internet Service(s)" means advice given or services performed as follows:

• The provision of on-line access to the Internet.
• The design, development, implementation, maintenance and hosting of an Internet web site.
• The transmission and delivery of electronic mail.
• Coverage for chat rooms, bulletin boards and user newsgroups.
• Computer consulting services.
• Personal Injury (libel, slander and defamation)

Broad definition of act, error or omission, including:

• accidental transmission of a computer virus;
• unintentional infringement upon an intellectual property;
• third party access to a computer, computer system or network, without authorization or exceeding authorization, except by obtaining any password by non-electronic means;
• Contingent third party bodily injury and property damage.

 Exclusions: (not an all inclusive list)

• Fraudulent or dishonest acts.
• Discrimination against employees, etc.
• Claims from the supply of software or hardware.
• Claims from any lottery, sweepstake or games of chance.
• Claims brought by the FCC, FTC or other federal, state or local government agency arising out of the internet services.
• Infringement of patent, antitrust, restraint of trade or deceptive business practices.
• Arising out the assume responsibility for censorship of any chat room or bulletin board.
